Your satisfaction matters. If an item fails to meet expectations, notify us at your earliest convenience but within 60 days of receipt and return it in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. Items damaged by misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized changes are not eligible.

To start a return or service request, contact customer service with a description and photos of the defect. We will review the claim and give return instructions if approved. Approved refunds cover only the purchase price (excluding restocking fees) and will be returned to the original payment method, or we may choose to repair or replace the item.

This policy complies with applicable consumer laws and may be modified for specific orders upon written agreement.

Prior to sending back any purchased jewelry:

  • Notify us via phone or email.

  • Pack, insure, and mail the item(s) along with a copy of the invoice and your contact information.

Requirements for jewelry return:

  • The jewelry must be new, unworn, with tags intact, with no scratches or alterations, and in its original packaging.

  • A 10% restocking and cleaning fee will be deducted from all refunds.

  • Consider insuring the package to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.

  • All refunds are processed within 30 days of item receipt
