Perfect knot rings to "Tie The Knot",
The first engagement ring occurred to me after a friend handed me a sailing knot book and asked me to create a diamond ring for his bride to be, the ring had to look nautical, with comfort, and more important durability. This was just the beginning, nowadays if a sailor wants to "Tie the Knot" the best way to propose is with a Knot Ring inspired by the knots we know and love.
Making the Ring
First, is the selection of precious metals selected, with these on hand we start by crafting the knot ring and comfort sleeve separately, making sure the sizes are right, then we solder them together and the 2 parts become one strong ring with a solid base for the setting and diamond. The next steps take time because trimming and detailing the inner sleeve is important to the engagement ring quality and durability while retaining the incomparable nautical look each engagement ring offers.
Details, details ...
Before setting a diamonds or gemstone; each ring is meticulously polished by hand ensuring even the smallest detail is flawless, and to make the setting shiny and smooth, allow more reflection while better showcasing the beauty of the center gemstone or diamond, we believe quality is achieved through dedication, skills, attention to detail, and most important the talent and passion one must have to achieve each design is nothing less than extraordinary beauty.
