Aumaris Fine Jewelry warrants that jewelry purchased from Nautical Gold Creations is covered by a lifetime warranty against damage arising from normal wear and tear. This lifetime warranty entitles the purchaser to repair, polishing, inspection, and reconditioning services, as deemed necessary by Aumaris Fine Jewelry in its sole discretion, to restore the jewelry's original appearance and finish. Covered items include, without limitation, rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants, necklaces, and cuff links.

Aumaris Fine Jewelry reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the nature and extent of any repair, polishing, inspection, or reconditioning work required to restore the jewelry. All such work will be performed by Aumaris Fine Jewelry using materials and workmanship that meet the company’s standards.

The lifetime warranty set forth herein applies exclusively to jewelry purchased from Nautical Gold Creations. Jewelry not purchased from Nautical Gold Creations is not eligible for the lifetime warranty; however, Aumaris Fine Jewelry will, at the owner's request and subject to applicable fees and terms, perform repair and restoration services for nautical jewelry purchased from other vendors. Any such services for non‑eligible items will be provided pursuant to a separate estimate and authorization.

This lifetime warranty does not cover loss, theft, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repair or modification, or cosmetic damage unrelated to normal wear and tear. Aumaris Fine Jewelry may require proof of purchase, identification, and inspection of the item before performing warranty or paid repair services.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aumaris Fine Jewelry disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Aumaris Fine Jewelry be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the sale, purchase, use, or inability to use the jewelry, except as required by law.
